2、投其所好

如實相告自己的缺點
我一直有「要么不做，要么做到最好的執念，所以在面試前會提前做很多準備，這些準備可能跟自我介紹關系不大，但是的確可以增加面試成功率
1.外表避免弱點
面試的成功率其實很大部分取決于hr的"好感度"。也就是所謂的"第一印象"。所以在我們面試前，必須確保自己的形象滿分。
面試必須正裝出席，這個不難理解，建議男生去定制一套好點的西裝，這個很重要。如果你的經濟條件比較差，至少也要保證西裝合適。我發現在面試中，很多男生的西裝都太長，這樣就顯得很丑了
另外，要適當的弱化你的缺點，例如人長得矮小，就墊個內增高。瘦就穿有墊肩的西裝，這些都能很好的弱化缺點
2.控制自我介紹的時間
在自我介紹時，時間必須控制在3分鐘左右，這樣的效果最好，平時拿手機錄時間即可。在正式面試前，我們可以對著鏡子背誦多次，以便觀察自己的臉部表情。
另外，人在緊張的時候語速會不自覺的加快。所以在正式面試的自我介紹中，要時刻提醒自己"放慢語速"
講的再好，如果hr聽不清楚，也沒意義

3.裝自信
這點很重要，直接分享幾個小技巧給大家
①男生而言，講話可以稍微低沉一些，語速可以降低，這樣顯的自信
②不做害羞的動作，例如不自覺的玩手指，不敢與面試官眼神交流，眼睛四眼無神等
③抬頭挺胸，目光直視hr
④輪到自己發言時，眼光順序：最左-中間-最右-中間，時間大概2-3秒，然后再大聲的開始自我介紹。這樣子的話全場目光都會聚焦在你身上。
試想一下，本來輪到你發言，但是你不講話，大家都以為你慫，全場安靜，最后你大聲的發言，全場是不是都被你吸引住了？

二.自我介紹
我認為，自我介紹最大的作用在于「吸引hr注意以及「增加hr對自己的好感。上文講到，自我介紹最好在三分鐘左右，三分鐘字數也就幾百字，如何在幾百字之間能做到這兩點呢？
1.基本介紹
這個是自我介紹的第一步，也就是每個人都需要的，介紹自我的一些基本情況，具體模板為：大家好，我叫xx，來自xx大學xx專業，今天面試的崗位為xx
2.突出自身特點
我們試想一下，有些熱門公司的hr每天面試幾百人，如果你的自我介紹平淡無奇，那么又如何能在hr心中留下深刻的印象呢？
當年，在我面試銀行的時候，都有群面的環節，所以我能聽到很多人的自我介紹，我發現基本上每個人在自我介紹時都會提起自己擔任過「班干部/xx部部長/xx協會會長，其實這樣的效果非常差
大多數人都有，就不叫特點
所以我一直建議大學生去做一些特別的事情，不一定要跟學習有關，最主要是「別人做不到，而我做到了，這就容易給hr留下深刻印象
例如，我每次自我介紹一定會提到兩點：1.騎單車去過西藏，2.健身照上過雜志。其實這兩個特點與我面試的崗位一點關系都沒有，但是每當我說出這兩個例子時，hr都會很好奇的問我相關問題，屢次不爽。
而且，有些事情是可以「適當吹噓的，例如我健身照的確是上過雜志《健與美》，但是那只是"讀者投稿"欄目的，是我主動投的，難度不大。但是我在面試的時候沒必要說出來呀，因為我的照片的確是登上了雜志，只是我沒說具體怎么登罷了
記住，適當吹噓的前提是：「你對這件事的確很熟悉，只是沒達到這個效果，如果你是虛構的，而hr好奇問你，你回答不出來的話，那就很尷尬了
那么，如果你在大學四年都沒有做過什么特別的事，那怎么辦？
這個你就要自我反省了，大學四年都沒做出什么「自我感覺牛逼的事情，憑什么要求熱門公司要你？
3.善用詳細數字
大部分大學生都有實習的經歷，那么如何講述自己的實習經歷呢？我直接舉幾個例子吧

并不是每個hr都對了解你的實習工種，通過具體的數字方便hr更好的了解你的「個人能力。并且通過具體的數字也能突出「真實感
4.往崗位需求靠攏
每個崗位都有自己的需求，例如銷售更需要外向有資源的人，網絡公司更需要實操過網絡項目的人，服務業更需要脾氣好的人。這些崗位都有很明確的招人需求。
在面試一個崗位之前，你必須了解「自己有哪些性格特點符合該崗位需求，并通過實例表現出來
例如：我面試銀行的時候，最后一句話會說：我是潮汕人，身邊所有的親戚都是做生意的，在這種環境下長大，比較擅長與人溝通
我說這句話的目的是告訴hr，我家是做生意的，身邊多少有些資源，而且我在這種環境下長大，比較會察言觀色
很多人在找工作時，不敢或許暴露自己的底細，害怕話講太絕導致將來工作難以完成，這種想法實在是太學生思維了。你要明白，你來面試的目的是進入這家企業，而不是考慮未來的工作難度。
你連面試都還沒過，以后的事考慮個屁啊！
事實上，我雖然身邊的親戚都是做生意的，但大多數都沒什么錢，對我的拉存款任務也幫不上什么忙。但是我靠自己，也一樣能完成任務啊，沒必要讓父母出面，去求別人幫忙了
如果你的個人特點沒有能跟崗位拉邊的，那么強調自己的「堅持「陽光「上進也是不錯的選擇
額，如果你是程序員，也可以強調自己「身體好，愿意加班，效果也是挺好的
總得來說，就是要讓hr看到你正能量的一面
最后說幾句
1.我一直認為面試最主要的是「在hr心中留下深刻的印象和「給hr留下好感。
應屆生面試時間太短了，基本上也就是自我介紹的時間，如果你的自我介紹沒有亮點，hr根本不會注重到你，直接略過。
就算你生活中表現的多完美，如果不顯示，也沒人知道
2.我從來不反對在面試中「適當吹噓，反正hr又不知道，不要太離譜就行。但是，必須要注意的一點是，你吹噓的實際一定要「真實發生或者「你十分了解，也就是說，吹噓是指從3變5，而不是從0變1
如果hr好奇問起你來了，你回答不出，那就很尷尬了
3.很多人面對面試會害羞，會緊張，這樣很不利于發揮。最好的方法就是「瘋狂的參加面試，久而久之你就習慣了
你要明白，你去參加面試，決定權在hr那里，而如果你拿到了offer，決定權就在你這里了。你如果不想去該公司，直接拒絕就好，根本沒什么
如何介紹？
你可以選擇三個重點來介紹自己，但避免重復履歷中曾提及的資料。應盡量把你不大明顯但重要的技能“推而廣之”。

當然你不可能單單說自己是一個解決問題的能手就罷了，你必須加以解釋和說明，增強說服力。例如：你可以列舉一些曾為以前公司解決重要問題的事例。
自我介紹的時間不要過長，最好是一至三分鐘。最初你可能會覺得時間太長，但當你真正要介紹自己三項特質時，你就會發現時間不夠用了。
應說甚么？
在自我介紹時，應該說甚么？應該如何構思呢？你的答案最好是自然，不要過分自夸，也不用過分謙虛，但必須令人感興趣。
你最好先寫下一個“自我介紹”的初稿，然后大聲地朗讀。當你這樣做時，你就會發現須要修正的地方。練習時，你無須介懷自己所寫的答案不夠完美，因為當你面試時，你不會原文照讀的。這只是一個機會，讓你更容易掌握答案的內容和長度。

明天是一次面試，一次有點來的突然的面試。面試的要求是首先自我介紹，介紹自己的來龍去脈。這讓我想起我五年前的一次工作面試，處子試，竟然很是認真的準備了自我介紹材料，中文的英文的，恨不得扒光過往的一切，然后把我的閃光之處亮出來。可笑的是我發現面試下來雖然自己扒光自己，又被人家給嚴嚴實實的蓋上，人家壓根不要自我介紹。呵呵。

“蹩腳”的自我介紹，會在主考官面前大打折扣－－急于表現自己，在不適當的時候打斷考官的談話；夸大表現自己，長篇大論，夸夸其談，說得太多；不敢表現自己，遮遮掩掩，唯唯諾諾，生怕考官摸了自己的底細，而小看自己；不能表現自己，吞吞吐吐，含糊不清，不能給別人一種清晰的要領和印象，甚至別人連名字都聽不清楚；其實，有時候，自我介紹比證件，名片之類的東西更重要，它可以“先聲奪人”，很快給主考官留下良好的印象。
一、一定要自信
如果你先前了解考官和與其相關的人，話題涉及他們時，盡可能以自然流暢的語調來贊美對方，讓人感覺你是從心里發出的，而不是過分奉承和吹捧。
二、尊重對方
格外表示自己渴望認識對方，使對方覺得他自己很重要。如你知道對方的職務，可以多重復一二次地稱呼對方“某處長”、“某主任”的千萬不要直呼其名，以表示自己對對方很尊重，且很榮幸結識對方。
三、自我認識
想一矢中的，首先必須知道你能帶給公司什么好處。當然不能空口講白話，必須有事實加以證明。最理想就是能夠“展示”過去的成就。例如你曾為以往的公司設計網頁，并得過獎項或贊揚。但當然，這些例子都必須與現在公司的業務性質有關。 職位愈高，自我認識就愈重要，應將個人的成敗得失，盡錄在日記中。這樣，就可以時刻都清楚自己的弱點與強項。
四、投其所好
清楚自己的強項后，便可以開始預備自我介紹的內容∶包括工作模式、優點、技能，突出成就、專業知識、學術背景等。好處眾多，但只有短短一分鐘，所以一切還是與該公司有關的好。如果是一間電腦軟件公司，應說些電腦軟件的話題∶如是一間金融財務公司，便可跟他說錢的事，總之投其所好。但有一點必須緊記∶話題所到之處。必須突出自己對該公司作出的貢獻，如增加營業額、減低成本、發掘新市場等。
